Dragons Heart Kennels LLC
Hello everyone, It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Dragons Heart Kennels will be closing. The slow boil over the last 4 years with rising costs across the board has forced us to make this difficult decision. We will not be taking anymore bookings but will honor the bookings we have until October 31, 2025. At which point we will Permanently Close our doors. If you are an existing client with an existing appointment you can call 715-966-6203 if there are any issues. We understand if you may cancel to get your fur babies set up in a new facility. We truly cherished every moment over the years and this has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. The bond we shared with all the dogs past and present will be sorely missed. We love you all and it breaks our hearts to have to do this. We are so sorry.
FAQ's

*Pick-up and Drop-off Hours: Mon – Sun 8am - 10am & 4pm - 6pm

Pick-up and Drop-off outside these hours are not permitted unless confirmed with Dragons Heart Kennels ahead of time and absolutely necessary. There will be a fee of $20.00 applied if outside of Pick-up and Drop-off hours.

NO Pick-up and Drop-offs after 6 PM! This is because the dogs all get settled down for the evening and any comings and goings at night get the dogs amped up.

There will be NO Pick-ups and Drop-offs on these Holidays:

Easter Sunday
July 4th
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve Evening
Christmas Day

Dogs must be able to feed together to stay together in same kennel! If they aren’t able to feed together it would be in the best interest of the dogs to board separately.

What vaccines do I need?

Rabies and Distemper/Parvo required and we strongly recommend the Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Proof of vaccines is REQUIRED for stay.

You can bring the vaccine records with you, have your vet fax them over or email them to us.

Do you administer medication?
Yes! Please bring whatever your pet will be enticed with to take the medication. There is no extra charge for administering medication
What happens if my pet gets sick/hurt?
If anything happens to your pet at all, you and the vet will be the first people we call. We will then take whatever steps that are appropriate for the situation. If an emergency arrives we will transport your pet to the nearest emergency facility.

What is your cancelation policy?
There is no cancelation policy, we know things happen last minute, we appreciate knowing as soon as possible when things arise. If no-show no-call occurs boarding privileges will not be guaranteed/deposit will be required to reserve a room for your pet.
